Audits
What does the SFCC performance audit cover?
A full technical review of a live Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefront, from first paint to order confirmation. Six areas: storefront performance analysis, UX and conversion review, checkout flow analysis, integration inefficiencies, architecture review, and a prioritized action plan.
What do I receive, and how quickly?
A written report within 48 hours of starting. Every finding names what it is, where it is, what it costs and what to do about it, ordered so the first fix is the one worth doing first. If we find little, the report says so. It is a report you can hand straight to engineering, not a sales deck.
Is there an audit for operations rather than the storefront?
Yes. The AI Automation audit reviews the recurring manual work across your operation and what can be handed to a system instead: operations and workflow review, an automation opportunity map, an integration assessment, and a prioritized implementation plan. Same 48 hour turnaround.

What is the difference between SFRA, PWA Kit and Storefront Next?
SFRA is the server-rendered reference architecture that most enterprise storefronts still run today. PWA Kit is the headless React front end that talks to the platform over SCAPI. Storefront Next is the newer React, API-first front end bundled into B2C Commerce. All three are Salesforce Commerce Cloud, now Agentforce Commerce; they differ in how the experience layer is built and deployed.
Should we move from SFRA to Storefront Next?
Storefront Next is a real step up on the front end, and it is still a re-platform of your experience layer. The question is what your current storefront costs you now. We assess which templates and integrations transfer, what has to be rebuilt, and which parts are better left on SFRA for the time being.
We already run PWA Kit. What changes?
The commerce APIs stay familiar. The front-end contract does not. We map what carries over from your PWA Kit codebase and what Storefront Next replaces outright.
What slows enterprise storefronts down most often?
Render-blocking scripts, unbatched service calls, and cache rules that never fire on the templates that matter. In checkout: redundant validation round-trips, fragile payment and tax integrations, and error states that send customers away. In integrations: loyalty, OMS and ERP connections built once and never revisited, leaving retries, timeouts and stale data in the customer path.
Salesforce Point of Sale
What does a Salesforce POS implementation involve?
Implementing POS as an extension of the storefront rather than a separate tool with its own version of the customer. That means one catalog, pricing and promotion logic across online and in store, plus configuration, store rollout sequencing, and the operational detail that decides whether staff actually use it.
Why does coming from the storefront side matter?
Because the hard part is not the till. It is one coherent system across ecommerce, in-store, loyalty and omnichannel flows such as BOPIS, endless aisle and unified customer profiles, instead of two systems reconciling nightly.
Working together
Do you work alongside our existing team or agency?
Yes. Engineering is production-ready and tested against your release process, delivered with or beside your team.
Who actually does the work?
The people you talk to. Lead Tech is small and senior, with direct access and no account-management layer. Eight years and more inside Salesforce Commerce Cloud, with SFRA and headless PWA Kit / SCAPI in production, including complex loyalty integrations for enterprise retail.
How do you decide what to build?
We rank work by what it returns, and say when something is not worth building. Work is done when it survives your release process and real traffic, not when it looks finished.
Still deciding?
Send us the storefront. We come back within 48 hours with what is costing you revenue, ranked by impact.
